I have been following this type of news as well. I faxed a recent news release from "Blue Line" this is a police officers magazine sent to officers only. They have an artical right now on eye recognition software as well as a product being tested on ATM banking machines. I sent a copy to the marketing firm now with Mytec as well. The neat thing about this technology is the ability to search 160 million people a second, the users do not have to cooperate with the person doing the testing as well. This would allow police to scan people as they were brought into the police station!! Taking about big brother eh? Mytec I feel wins hands down on the internet and networks however as most will not want CCTV on the desk they use at the office. This could be important as Mytec market this product. Many feel CCTV is too much big brother but a finger print is more personal and most I have talked with do not mind this process. It seems ironic in that I was watching a very interesting show last night here in Oshawa. The company takes a product and markets the product to a point were the starting company can take over. They claimed that this is usally the hardest hurdle to overcome but once they are at this point they know just what to do with it. I have found the marketing firm helpful!! I'm watching the next few months closely!!! I think this is going to be a sink or swim time. I have been led to believe as well that we are in for some positive news very shortly as well.
