There was alot of buying when the stock tanked when the rumor first hit. It quickly rebounded and traded as high as .059 I think that people bargain hunt anytime the stock goes below .05 I think you will see heavy buying anytime it goes much below .05. I suspect that it will trade between .045 and .06 until this problem is resolved.. Strong likly hood that the moment the deal in Belize is clarified the stock will start to run up before the annoucement. Now if anyone thinks that is different than the NYSE and NASDAQ they are very wrong. Last year I traded Phillip Morris waiting for the outcome of a big court case. About 2 minutes before the court verdict was announced somebody bought 100,000 shares of a $40 stock. That was good enough for me and I bought with both hands. Within a short time the stock was north of $50. I subscribe to a rumor service and watch rumored stocks on the NYSE. I read the rumor and watch the volume. Anytime I see a monster buy come in I know what to do. Much of the stock market every day works off of rumors, suspicions, whispering in the hall,emotions , dreams, fears etc. PRWT is no exception.
