Source of Data ... The trade data comes from my PC on which I am running TradeStation from Omega Research (located in Miami, FL) with a data feed from DBC's Signal division (located in San Mateo, CA). I get my news from quote.com where the announcement of the 10-K filing will be posted along with a link to it (probably to Edgar). It might be on TLC's home page also. There will probably be no surprises in the 10-K, but some investors may be holding back until they see for themselves. Everyone should send email to mperik@learningco.com to let Mike Perik know how important the stock buyback plan is for restoring investor confidence.
