Introduction Market Data Compact

The educational software field is going to consolidate! SoftKey
is one of the more active companies in this field (with the
recent addition of the Learnings Co. and the possible acquisition
of MECC). Is this company moving too fast without regard for the
debt they are accumulating? Do they care about the earnings they
will post over the rest of the year? Will they become a giant in the industry, or is it possible that they may be the next merger candidate? What do you think about the management of this company?
What is the word on the "Street"?
