I do not blame you for being so upset, I hear you!! I do however feel that Thomas and some of the staff are attempting to turn this around.

Part of the previous management team left a hell of a mess for this new team and you do not turn this around in a day.

I offer my support but I do encourage Mytec to start to use the dealer base they have to assist in the marketing of this new product.

News Release:

New sales and marketing director for Toronto-based biometric security company
strengthens management team

Toronto, Ontario, March 13, 1998

The appointment of Jennifer E. McNaughton as Director of Sales and Marketing
strengthens the management team of Mytec Technologies Inc. (MYT:TSE) and will help
the company open new markets and territories for its biometric authentication security
products, said Thomas A. Grecco, president and CEO.

"Jennifer's arrival comes on the heels of the launch of two new products - TouchstoneTM
and Mytec's Biometric Logon," said Grecco. "Jennifer's skillset and experience will
strengthen our management team and capitalize on new markets and opportunities."

Touchstone is a biometric security device developed by Mytec to provide secure system
access. It achieves this security by using fingerprint information to replace the use of
passwords.

Mytec's Biometric Logon for Windows NT software, in conjunction with Touchstone,
provides a high level of security for user access to a workstation or network domain.
Instead of entering a password, a user's fingerprint is used to verify against a previously
created BioscryptTM. This releases the password that provides access to the account.

Mytec provides absolute logon security for all NT sessions by replacing the password in
the operating system (OS) with biometric verification. This can be used for access to a
standalone PC or to multiple workstation client/server environments. The user's standard
Windows NT features are all fully integrated and biometrically secured.

McNaughton has held account and product management positions with Digital Equipment
of Canada Limited, Lexmark Canada Inc., and Kodak Canada Inc. Most recently, she
was the marketing manager and regional sales manager with ADP Canada, the largest
provider of payroll services outsourcing in Canada.
