I believe, as I've said all along, that Starr's legal remedies are inappropriate. Yet again: whom the Prez screws has nothing to do with Whitewater. And should not, therefore, be part of Starr's enquiry. Just for a moment imagine yourself on trial for one thing, and then being subjected to an examination of your entire life in the hope that some dirt'll come up. Clinton's a public figure, and of course he runs a risk greater than ours, but as we've seen, any woman who's ever known him is coming under the microscope (um, edit here: oops, waht a turn of phrase...). This is sick.
