The VMAX shell was consumed about two years ago in a reverse style merger. It has been quiet since then. Resulting financials yield them a tax loss carryover near $10 million. Last I knew, 10K97 is on notice for immediate release when the company chooses, in addition 10K98 is in line for two weeks following 97. In addition 2 and 3 Q 99 are also in position to be issued in tandem. I am ware that their legal counsels are extremely conservative and technical. Gotta love the tax loss carryover and the technicalitied involved in the k 97. The company is currently recognized as reporting, late; but not delinquent. Recent aquisitions ensure the need for the above filings to be executed and I am wondering why the Ks and Qs are being held at the gate. The company has voiced their interest in growth by aquisition, so if those plans get bigger in any way I woiuld imagine we will neeed to be seeing these filings before to much more purchasing of additional stores.
