I left something out of my note. My note was based on there being a slowdown and TLC facing a "less than" robust 1st quarter.

If 1st qtr sales and earnings are good and there is no significant slowdown, then the drop in the stock price is completely unwarranted, and a stock buyback would be a great investment and great message to the market.

If TLC shows the market that it values it's own stock and that they don't anticipate cash problems, the stock would definitely move up the other way.
