Cowboy seeks revenge.
There was this cowboy who came home to find that his house had been ransacked, his wife and children had been brutally stabbed and shot, and his dog had been hung by the neck from a tree outside. The cowboy let out a cry of rage. He looked over and noticed his wife was still alive, but was clinging on to her last thread of life so he went to embrace her. "Evil man...black cape and hat...scar on left cheek..." was all she was able to say as she closed her eyes one final time.
With fire in his eyes, the cowboy rode off into town. He kicked open the door to the local saloon, shot a round into the ceiling, and asked if anyone had seen a man dressed in black with a scar on his left cheek. The bartender said that a man matching that description had just left about an hour ago and was heading west. The cowboy left the saloon, got on his horse, and tore off to the west. The cowboy soon came onto another small town with several people walking aroung. He jumped off his horse and asked the people if they had seen the man in black. Several of the people pointed to the north. The cowboy tore off in that direction. Soon, he saw the man in black in the distance ahead, and riding his horse for all it was worth, he soon caught up with him. The cowboy lunged at the man in black and threw him to the ground, grabbing him by the collar and shoving the barrel of his .44 into his face.
"Are you the man who ransacked my house, stabbed and shot my family, and killed my dog?"
"Yeah!", said the man in black.
"Well," said the cowboy, "Don't ever do it again!" |
