Before you also (apparently have) write off Rush, I would suggest that you open up your supposedly broad-minded liberalism to the idea that Rush may indeed be one of those rare conservatives who are concerned about truth, justice, character, honesty, etc. Or maybe that's a bad thing?
I really get tired of libs who get sooooo hot under the collar at the mention of Rush's name, and then they admit that they've never even listened to him once. Someone closely related to me is one example. Talk about hasty judgement, and relying on 3rd hand sources. But I guess that's okay if you're denigrating a conservative.
When people here quote the Washington Post, ABC News, the SF Chronicle, I don't hear anyone saying "Nuff said, I think", when in fact we don't know but what all reporters are bunch of liars. Let's keep our petty biases in the realm of opinion, not "nuff said". |
