Charles, again, I stand corrected. Thanks for the info. Now, the next subject would be: How much electronic manipulation is possible? Or, how much manipulation can be performed by the trading tactics of large funds or brokers? How many exceptions, or "hooks", are built into the NYSE electronic software? I don't know. What I do know is: I don't trust any system. We all know that if something can be manipulated, for profit, it will be done. An example of this is the great Savings and Loan stealing of millions and millions. And very few were punished! Of course, we are getting off the TLC track.
