TomTrader....Sorry about my delay in responding, not to the point where I can trade for a living,....come to think of it is anybody here in that boat? Globalink is essentially a quote service which runs 24 hrs per day and affords you a ten minute dalay on quotes from any market. It will also perform some anylitical tricks for you (eg, moving averages) and it some disection manuvers (ie, commercial activity as separate from total market). Historical data can also be called up for review. The thing is, you have to buy their satellite dish (only a 30" dish) and hook it into your computer. I am still considering whether or not my trading level would justify the expense, or if I'm just soothing my ego buy reading the brochure. It runs about $400 initially and the $58 per month, as I recall. It's about as close to on line as you can get without being a real-time brokerage house.
