Hello Bennet and Ken,

I have read that the shareholders meeting of Rada has been suspended. This is because a mayor shareholder (15% of the company shares) is not be able to vote.

(read the message at: mktnews.nasdaq.com

The adviser of this company (IBML) is, yes, mr Rienk H. Kamer. He also has an other company where he is adviser named IPH with about 5% of the share capital. He also has called for all his readers in financiele strategie, his newsletter, how are shareholders of RADA to undersigned a receipt of a letter with only one message to the company's board:

Messures to increase the shareholders value.

There for he want two (non payed) 'friendly' director in the board of RADA with as mayor task to increase shareholders value and a change in the company's articles of association.

There for he want to vote against all company proposals except proposal 1 (Election of Paul Rijkens and Henri Sijthof as two class C directors)

Maybe is this the reason for resent rise of the stockprice and volume.

I hope you forgive my bad English, but I hope you get the messages.

Have a nice christmas and a good start of 1997.
