I don't agree ... I don't like the delay, but the requirement for the next phase of testing was always there and isn't "more testing", as you noted. Also, the S. American marketplace is vastly different from ours and requires a ton of "checks and balances" ... which seems to be what PLFM has been doing down there. It seems all the right people are being involved. R.
