Hi Bob

There are a lot of good things to be said about Texas.

We looked at the Austin area, as we know folks there but I think Texas just gets a little too warm for some who has lived 41 years in the Bay Area where we have natures built in AC, the Pacific ocean.

We have little mini Mtns that are just 5 to 10 miles from my house. I'm now 69 but I ride or walk most days. When I ride I get to beautiful countryside roads in just a half hour of riding.

I grew up in northern MN and lived 4 years in Madison mid 70's, so I know the country you spend your summers in.

Bob I think you would make a good salesman if you put your mind to it.......(g)
