David, I don't yet have Level II but am in the process of signing up to get it. The best arrangement I've found so far is A.B. Watley's Ultimate Trader. You get access to a wide range of trading tools all the way from SOES electronic execution, alarms, dynamic live charts, and Nasdaq Level II. Plus you get to choose what level of service (how many tools) you want. Prices range from $75 to $300 per month.
