If large blocks are being sold they are also being bought at the same time. What I look for is to see if the seller is willing to move the price down and buy how much when they sell. That tells me how bad they want out. I do this buy looking through all the trades on Bloomberg at the end of the day.

They cannot justify a rate increase at this time and the market is telling us that both in equities and in the bond pits due to the current levels.

I would like to keep this thread related to DELL, but a question or two on MSFT is certainly welcome. MSFT is a more difficult day trading stock because it just does not go down much and does not have the volatality of DELL. Gates wants to own all the pipe lines associated with digital technology. Hence, he's moving into TV, cable, etc. that way he not only runs the internet but all the other media channels. It's a good move for positioning 5 years from now but I'm not sure it makes sense to everyone right now.
