Hi Softechie,

It has more then humbled me, it has changed the way I do business.;-))))))))) I buy an sell the program. Whether it goes up or down. So far it is batting a 100%.

Let me be honest with you. How long can a company loose money before it goes bankrupt? One quarter, 2,3 4 a year. There is a thing called interest payments on the money borrowed. When all your profits go to pay the interest, what's left. Borrowing. Your never out of debt an sooner then later you have to close shop. Sorry but that is the reality of doing business. The pro traders know that, it is just the Harry home owner that hasn't figured it out yet. I'm a Harry home owner and I am sitting on a lot of paper that will never trade again because I held on to a belief that was once an will never be again. Sorry, but it just doesn't happen. It's all about making money an how is left holding the bag.

If you look at the ADX/ADR you will understand what is going on. There is massive selling going on. If this was going to the glory days do you think folks would be selling?????????? Some one has to sell so some one can buy. MCLD is a dead horse. Plain an simple. You want to make money on it, you trade the T/As. This is a history stock. Another wanna be that will never be again. So you play it. It is that simple.

There isn't anything that can be said about this stock that will improve it's fundamentals unless some one was to come out an say they have no debt.

It's all about who screws who first.

Ron
