William: I guess almost anyone with enough money can own a bank these days... But, can they run a bank? Yes, run it into the ground... Where were the regulators over the years? There are probably many other situations like this around the country... The growing number of the unemployed won't help matters for these high risk lenders... The Nasdaq needs to get above 2050 to get going... Right now it look more like it will test the lower trendline in the 1900 area... bigcharts.com Jim
