Jim, the Bank of England cut rates today, in an unexpected move. They just keep pumping paper into the system, on a worldwide basis, as I have been saying for over a year.
I think that was the cause of the opening rally today, as factory order numbers came in bad, but jobs are up?
Argentina is critical, citizens pulling money out of the banks. What a mess.
Crude spiking up again, way above the $25 benchmark, won't help the numbers here in the US.

Lots of rain in the Chicago area today, the CBOE had a lighting strike..
