Interesting comments from a man who has never seen any legal documents of Megaworld.Just out of curiosity, David, how many shares did you receive/are you getting (either gratis or discounted)to act as front-man for the company? Have you ever seen any of Mega's records or are you simply taking their word for your unbounded optimism? Have you even seen any of the "merger" documents? Any other documents or financials?
Secondly, it was reported/rumored that literally hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of shares were either given away or heavily discounted prior to the merger/takeover/buyout (???) of TBS. There shares, which were supposedly free-trading,seem to be flooding the market over the past few months. Where are they coming from if not the Board?
Thirdly, why would TBS purchase MEGW? I can understand the telephony and the leisure areas, but to my knowledge neither is anywhere close to being viable. Any company of the reputed financial status of TBS could easily replicate either or both areas independently. That is unless, of course, McPhail is up to his eyeballs in debt and needs the Mega shares he received gratis (?) to keep the wolf from his door.
Lastly, if MegaWorld is such an attractive merger partner WHAT DID MEGAWORLD AND ITS FORLORN SHAREHOLDERS GET OUT OF THE DEAL WITH TBS? Again, has anyone seen any financials or the contract for the "merger"? It might be very interesting reading.Just a few basic questions I think.
