nice contribution, Count. it is important to spread the awareness of these egregious ethical breaches on threads like this and in other public venues, not in order to instigate the communist revolution <g> but to protect the free market from those who feel free to confuse freedom with license. the defense of free enterprise is in no way dependent on the trivialization of criminal behavior in the securities industry--it is of longstanding, it is widespread and its curtailment is an idea whose time has come. id
