Take away the energy crisis and Davis would be strong now. Take away a bullet in Dallas and Kennedy would have gotten two terms. Take away a war and Johnson would have been a liberal hero. Take away Watergate and Nixon would be considered one of the best Presidents of the last century. Take away Nixon and Ford would have been elected on his own. Take away Iran and Carter would have been re-elected. Take away the fall of the SOviet Union and Reagan wouldn't have been nearly as great. Take away a recession and Bush I would have been re-elected. Take away Monica and Clinton wouldn't have gotten impeached. But this ain't fantasyland, kiddies. This is the real world.
