I don't think there are any translations on the list. If there were, it would expand the possibilities greatly.

Really, it's intended to be a combo of fine books and "seminal," or socially important or emblematic books, I think. Otherwise it would have been a "best" books list as opposed to a "top" books list. And yes, I agree with you about the hand of PC informing the list.

Going to go out and get some sun, and do some errands.

And sure, you answer about books, but what did you have to say about the important things, like Lisa and Danielle??
