Lots of money went into large cap. stocks for the past 8 months and left a lot of value in the smaller cap stocks...most recently money has come out of the larger cap. stocks but it is not going into TLC...What we need is an upgrade by several brokrage houses...along with the short squeeze we could see this stock climb straight up to $15, maybe even higher... A good earnings report could begin the turnaround in this stock...One must also ask themselves why is this stock so depressed? I do not think any other stock on the NYSE has a lower relative strength than TLC!!
