The question is would Fortune Marketing have to disclose payments received for building/running MLRE's website.....whether cash or stock.......it's likely they wouldn't......the disclaimer ONLY pertains to promotional fees paid, such as writing editorials on the company.....other services like building the company's website probably wouldn't need to be disclosed to the public.
