It is my understanding that MM can go short naked on any stock
to keep the flow of trades orderly. Meaning that even if you
knew what a certain MM had in inventory he/she could always go
short a few million shares.
There were a ton of shares accumulated under .02 that are being
sold into the market now. It might take a while to go through
these shares before anything happens. Just my opinion.
