Clinton won as expected: He never again mentioned the bridge to the future or being on track. However this was not because he could not keep his word but because Hillary had convinced him it was too twacky. Clinton won: He kept his word and together with the sweat and work and financing of the whole world the bridge was built but no one could cross it. There were too many illegals coming the other way. Clinton won: The bridge was built but there was a long delay before anyone could cross. Yes after a long campaign he needed a haircut.
