Breaking News: FBI ballistic experts have been called in to assist with the examination of the semen stain on Monica Lewinsky's blue dress. According to inside sources, there is some debate as to whether the stain could have originated from the President given the position he was in at the time of the alleged incident. The FBI experts are examing whether or not there was another person or persons in the room who were responsible for the stain. Whitehouse sources allege that if there was indeed another "shooter" then it appears that there has been a conspiracy to bring down the President. Independent persecutor Kenneth Starr is considering subpoening DNA samples from all male members of the Whitehouse Staff. In a related development, last night, Buddy the Labrador was whisked away to an undisclosed veterinary clinique where he was neutered. Starr was supposedly outraged by this news and is threatening to have every Labrador under the age of two put down.
