There is another Factor that is affecting the Markets today Bob. That is Wealth Destruction. Fewer Dollars Chasing the Bull Runs. That cuts the size of the Pop with the Current Horrendous Floats !! And INTC has a Horrendous Float. The Floats will need some Down Sizing .. ??? Some of the Financial Floats are [a term you may know] UpSide Down.
