First off, EVERYBODY knows about Friday's ruling (check out the Friday moves in AOL & ATHM). Secondly, this will be tied up in court (and probably Congress) for years (probably) and HSAC, ATHM and the like will probably have a large time to market opportunity and last, I think HSAC is trading on the strength of its partners and connections which, let's face it, are golden.
