Introduction Market Data Compact

HSA Corp filed for going public about 2-weeks ago. This company targets broadband access for consumers with Paul Allen backing this company.

SOF (ISP Channel), competes with this company and I am guessing the two will merge. SOF is up almost 100% since this announcement.

(I am an individual investor with insight into broadband)
