Very good point. If the attorney has only been retained to "look into the matter of franchising" IT to see if this is a direction the company wants to consider, they could have posted this on the company website. They could have had an update which said that they were considering this option in a "letter from the desk of" rather than sending it over the wires. And why was something so much more important, the dissolvement of RMC and PABN not sent over the wires but this was? hmmmmmmm
