in a nutshell Franks contradicted the CEO on ALL points and read Key Negatives from the prospectus. The CEO would say one thing and Stevie would say yeah but, and read the awful prospectus. Then Stevie kept on saying well HSAC is FAR behind ATHM and Roadrunner and insinuated that HSAC was a SERIOUS Caution after the new ruling. He continued to imply negatives as the CEo could only try to keep his composure. That little $%#%^& should be outlawed from speakin, what right does he have, AHHHH $mogul
