I mean registered for franchising. You can't just go ahead and sell a franchise. You have to register a plan with the proper authoritiies. There are fees as high as $50,000 It's a huge list of requirements.... You know what...I'm going to go dig it up. As for the trading thing.. I imagine whomever buys an IT franchise will have to become licenced in that particular state, so the 22 state deal doesn't really matter. The Franchise registration is a bigger hoop.
