Franchising is not an easy proposition. Sure seems like a reasonable statement to me. It's also a long and arduous process... There are three phases in developing a franchise system: 1...Reviewing the business for its suitability for franchising Preparation of a franchise business plan 2...Implementation of the business strategy 3...Reviewing for suitability the majority of worthwhile franchises have been as a result of careful planning and lots of research. Even an established chain such as Budget Travel spent two years studying the concept and developing their strategies before launching as a franchise. #reply-10026870 however, our tout seems to think other wise. Or he is at the very least leading people to think that the franchising operation will be ready in about 3-4 months. Now, regarding the franchising. PABN announced they just hired an expert to construct a franchise program for IT. Apparently it will not be ready until the Fall. ragingbull.com Think he's just spouting off again, like he did about his declaration about the Board of Directors? Sure seems like his SOP to me. Doesn't he know that credibility is so important in today's world?
