Tim, As Ray has already stated, one has to be very careful (Especially when dealing with lawsuit happy Danny) to cover ones self. Until charges are brought, an indictment is handed down and Danny is found guilty, it would be foolish to not use a disclaimer. Did you ever notice that in the news, even when talking about someone who was witnesed as doing something illegal, they always use the word "ALLEDGED". As in, "12 people saw the alledged killer shoot the woman".

This is not the first time that published reports have indicated the possibility of an SEC investigation, I am sure it will not be the last we will hear about it!
