Upgrades

Warburg Dillon Read's analysts Gregory Mischou
and David Bujnowski upped their third-quarter
revenue estimate to $366 million from $342.3
million and earnings to 20 cents from 11 cents a
share. Fiscal 1999 and fiscal 2000 earnings were
also upped to 47 cents and 93 cents a share from
29 cents and 70 cents a share, respectively.

Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's analysts Charles F.
Boucher, Ph.D. and Christopher F. Bunn upped
their gross margin estimate for the quarter to 43
percent from 41 percent due to the
stronger-than-expected sales news. The earnings
estimate for the quarter was increased to 18 cents
from 11 cents a share; while fiscal 1999 and 2000
were upped to 43 cents and 90 cents from 28 cents and 65 cents,
respectively.
