Conexant (CNXT), the Rockwell Semiconductor Spin-Off, will be available on the NASDAQ as of 4 Jan. from what I understand.

Much more than just a modem chip company. Products for consumer communications and imaging equipment.

Where will the stock start? Where will it go and how fast?

Another BRCM? Probably not, but worth watching!
