Hi Jason, Welcome back!!!
I have visited the INNF site and basically everything that I said about CYSS also applies to INNF. In INNF's recent press release they state

Innofone plans to apply the increased cash flow to move forward
more quickly with the expansion of its VOIP network. The new
agreement with CTRA means that Innofone will be able to offer its
VOIP service to CTRA and its members. "This is particularly
important since it will provide instant traffic once our network
is completed," Hunt said. "CTRA has no way at this time to offer
substantial savings to the US, but the Innofone Voice over the
Internet (VOIP) network delivers this," he explained.

What that last sentence says to me is that they either do not know what they are talking about, in which the business case starts to falter. Or they do know what they are talking about, but are intentionally misleading, which makes the whole thing suspect. The reason for this is that VoIP and Voice over the Internet are not the same. Today, voice over the internet is a child's toy and they are talking about billing for the services. This is laughable. This doesn't mean that it won't happen someday, I am counting on it happening eventually. But I feel that they, as CYSS did, are trying to capitalize on the word "Internet" rather than stating the truth, which is that they are buying bandwidth wholesale and compressing the voice and making money on the arbitrage. This is nothing special. All of those 10-10-XXXX commercials that you see are doing the same thing.

For grins you might want to check out this thread. Don't forget to go to all of the links on the FunPhone site.
