Phil, again let's keep this in proper perspective. This is an "unconfirmed" SEC "informal inquiry". Its source, as you have posted, is a "leak". There is NO official SEC comment on this. Let's wait until we see something official before we start discrediting a company and its owner. But then again, you tend to enjoy doing this, so I am sure that you will continue running with it.
