Observer, thanks for posting that info. "As for the exact quarter ending date and fiscal year, PABN's fiscal year was based on a calender year ending December 31. PRWT was on a fiscal year ending January 31. The final determination as to which fiscal year PABN will follow, has not yet been decided. The decision as to which fiscal year we will select will be announced after the preliminary financials are reported." As I understand it, the Form 10 filing will determine the fiscal year for the company -- for example if the Form 10 includes financials through the 2nd quarter, then the fiscal year will end on June 30 from that time forward, if through the 3rd quarter, then the fiscal year will end September 30 from then on, and so on. In that way the company will "select" what is fiscal year will be -- by deciding when to become a reporting company. PCM GO PABN!!!
