Yes I am. It is not the best thing to do, but it seems to work. I look at NDX and SPX with regular TA to verify that they are tracking each other. I plan to get a futures account soon, so I haven't bothered to learn the fine points of the NDX.

EDIT: I have overlaid the NDX over the SPX and they almost always make similar moves. The NDX just makes larger swings which make me more money when I call it correctly.
