Had hoped to have TTI merger done. It is still a few hours of work away. No technical issues left. Should be done in next few days. If anything over the past few weeks of discussing this merger, they have probably underestimated the impact it will have on the Waverider presence in the US market. They are very enthusiastic in this merger.

Signed 8 new value added resellers in past month. Over 20 contracts being negotiated in America. Requests received daily. 500,000 hits at website per month.

Meeting with institutions, firms and analysts are going well. Many of these don't participate with companies at this early stage, but they will be watching closely over next few months, and if the expected progress occurs are likely to bring their funds to our shares.

Stay tuned for new announcements on NCL and LMS product line over next 30 to 60 days.

Q. Is revenue being generated?
A. We are collecting revenue. Two types of contracts. NCL is primarily focused at value added resellers. They typically take 4 or 5 units and try them out initially. Prove they can support and maintain them. There are 20 installations currently going on. Later they broaden. This ramps up revenue over 6 to 12 months. LMS side typically 2 or 3 year supply agreements.

Q Wi-Lan, their stock has done well, is it a similar product?
A.Does nave competitive product to NCL. No network product like LMS. In business for 5 years. Been building up customer base and distribution. Look at our rate of progress. Much broader and deeper than Wi-Lan. Wi-Lan stock price responded to their announcement that they were looking for a buyout or a partner.

Q. Security issues with products?
A. Inherent structure of spread spectrum technology and the extremely complex logarithms provides significant security. Probably more secure inherently than hard wired.

Q. Why hasn't there been more US exposure.
A. Disappointed over the past few months in lack of activity in technical and financial press. Now that we will be an operating US company should help. We need lots of good reference sites to allow us to tell customer stories. We will be creating a WaveriderUSA, with offices in Cleveland, San Diego, and (I missed third city.)
Waverider must be reporting revenue before many institutions will cover. Maybe about 3 months away.


It just a matter of time.
