Actually Colleen, I don't mean to be rude, but I've already made one phone call to help you out with the rebate/refund discussion and I'm a little busy right now helping everyone behind the scenes with flights, hotel bookings, yapping back and forth all day to Ray Gamble and coordinating a mini training class for Friday depending on Fausto's (Frankie) schedule.
