It is generally known that Jerry Mahonney recieved 150 million shares of stock. This would be in alignment with the normal deal of 10%/shell, 90%/company. I think that Jerry got ripped off. And believe me, VTPI was a shell, if not a negative shell. We should be recieving that CRI"free spinoff"stock this week(pump) NT and ADP contracts?(more pump) Merger with IVT?(more pump) What are the # of authorized stock at this time?(time to dump) What are the # of outstanding stock at this time?(time to dump) Has any stock been issued over the 39.6 million outstanding as last reported by Mr. Beagelman, this week ?? (big time dump)!!! This is a multi-classic pump and dump that is being orchestrated "by the company." This in itself, is a first, in the "pump and dump" industry. All of the other pump and dumps have been put together by scam IR firms or have included so called "investment banking" firms. Joel figured out a different way. He cut out the middle man. Isn't that what makes the internet go 'round?
