I see that you continue to spread purposeful misleading information about the free seminars offered by IT.

Good post and very good questions. I've heard the same thing -- that daytraders lose their shirts. I'm sure many do. I think the news story was slanted. I don't see anything inherent in daytrading to make it unprofitable. In other words, it seems to me that it's not 'day trading' that causes those people to lose money, it is how they go about it.

I think offering a free traing seminar is a GREAT idea to help mitigate the problem many have. I suspect that people pay to attend a class, pay a lot of money to join and deposit a lot of money in an account and are convinced by those opeerating the day trading rooms that they can make a lot of money but tney are not really properly prepared to begin day trading.

I think I-T is doing their best to make sure that people are properly trained before they lay down their money.

This post is written to intentionally mislead a person to conclude that IT is offering the training courses for free. You cleverly construct your post so that a person would jump to this conclusion. IT is not properly training anybody BEFORE they lay down their money. You initially claimed here on SI, that the training courses, the ones the company charges for were the ones being offered for free (#reply-10066325)

but you were corrected.....
Well there you go again making claims that are false. The company never said they were going to provide FREE training, the type they normally charge a fee for, did they? They will hold free seminars. #reply-10065131 There is a world of difference between the two. The free seminars are nothing more than an infomercial and are held at some local hotel. #reply-10079693 Here's some information that was relayed to the thread from the Private PR Babe on the first such seminar held in Boca Raton #reply-9068567 and #reply-9194097

#reply-10081458

You never point out to this person or the board that the seminar is nothing more than an infomercial. A "gimmic" to get people interested in wanting to join IT. To which they WILL have to pay in order to learn how to properly trade with their setup.

another poster follows your misleading post with this ...

PC - As far as people PAYing for seminars, I was at IT in Boca a month ago and they had a class upcoming for $1000 of which $2 would get credited back to you to for each trade you do to the extent of the full refund. Now, due to relieve fears, I guess they decided to offer it free. Good move.

You never corrected his misunderstanding. That the seminars are being held in a hotel and not at the IT trading room. That there is a difference between the seminar/slide show and the instruction which would occur in an actual training course. And you can't use the excuse that you signed off before you could respond to this or rectify the misunderstanding, as you made additional posts.
