Hi Bill, As far as I've been able to test Newport, it's fully WhyTooKay compatible. It is "date sensitive" in that it requires a regular period between updates for its graphing capabilities. Other than that it really doesn't care.

Newport records dates and transactions on a "week of" basis and therefore starts each week with Sunday. However, it is purely an individual thing as to when each week we update. We just can't update twice in the same period without fooling our computer into thinking the date has changed or missing a week!

As far as Y2K goes, I'm personally of the feeling that it's a non-event domestically. I'm sure it will be used as an excuse, opportunity, and point of agitation by many, but there have always been "special interest groups" that liked to take advantage of others to have their moment of recognition. Let's just hope the ones with "righteous indignation" over whatever upsets them don't try too hard to get our attention.

Best regards, Tom
