NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 1999-- TMP Worldwide (NASDAQ: TMPW; ASX: TMP), a leading
provider of global recruitment solutions including the dominant career portal, Monster.com, and the world's largest Yellow
Pages advertising agency, today announced a partnership with DoubleClick Inc. (NASDAQ: DCLK - news), the industry's
leading global Internet advertising solutions company, in which TMP will sell ads on behalf of DoubleClick Local. With a sales
force of over 600, a client list of over 2,100 national brand name companies, and networks of over 450,000 local dealers and
franchisees, TMP Worldwide is the world's largest yellow pages advertising agency.

The agreement allows TMP to offer its clients a robust solution for marketing the web sites of local dealers and franchisees.
Locally targeted web advertising will be available to TMP's national brand name Yellow Pages clients, and their vast networks
of local dealers and franchisees.

''DoubleClick Local is an excellent addition to our strategy for helping our clients' local dealers and franchisees take advantage
of the Internet's opportunities,'' says Stuart McKelvey, Executive Vice President at TMP. ''Last week's acquisition of IN2
helps satisfy the needs of our corporate clients and their national online marketing strategies, while this partnership lets us
provide comprehensive, easy to manage, local online marketing solutions to dealers and franchisees, to the benefit of our
clients.''

DoubleClick Local helps Internet advertisers target prospects both geographically and categorically. This is accomplished
through the targeted placement of ads on sites within the DoubleClick Network, including AltaVista Search, Home and Garden
TV and Kelley Blue Book.

''Through this partnership, we will be able to bring DoubleClick Local to thousands of local advertisers and further open the
local advertising market to top brand sites,'' says Jonathan Heller, General Manager, DoubleClick Local. ''TMP is a terrific
partner for us with their strong relationships with national brands and their local outlets. This is a great application of our
product.''
