It appears that the link that you are looking for is not available. The Reporter publishes a weekly web update and they sell a daily paid subscription that is delivered via email. Note that the date on the article is June 16, 1999. The last update on their website was June 13, 1999. It looks like the article may be on their site for free come Sunday, June 20th. Rather than be shrill in your approach, perhaps you might save yourself some embarrassment and wait until Sunday to see if they put that story on their site. Alternately, since you seem so anxious, perhaps you could contact them directly via email to get the verification you want. The address was in the story. Do let us know what you find, or you can wait until Sunday and I will post the article when I read their site. Good Luck.
